From Rt. 17 go into Goshen on Rt.207.  Make a left on Scotchtown Road, which is Rt. 83.  Going up Scotchtown Road, from the County Government Center, you will first pass the Middle School and an athletic field on the left.  Then about 200 yards further to a large driveway on the right.  Go right into this drive which is bounded on the left by a school bus garage and on the right by an elementary school.  Proceed up the long drive to the first speed bump.  After the speed bump go left and proceed around the left side of the building to the rear parking area.
